Course Purchases
TheProDrummer LLC stands behind the quality of all course content. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
To request a refund contact us at Vince@TheProDrummer.com with your name, email address used at purchase, and order details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests submitted after the 14 day window will not be honored. TheProDrummer LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse of the refund policy, including but not limited to repeated purchase and refund activity.
Private Lessons and Coaching Sessions
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be forfeited without refund.
- TheProDrummer LLC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.
