Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or accessing any course or service offered by TheProDrummer LLC. By purchasing a course or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About TheProDrummer LLC
TheProDrummer LLC is a music education company owned and operated by Vince Caiafa, providing online drum instruction, courses, and related educational content. These terms govern all purchases and interactions made through TheProDrummer.com.

2. Course Access
Upon completing your purchase you will be granted access to your enrolled course and all included materials. Access is provided for the operational lifetime of the course, defined as the period during which TheProDrummer LLC actively maintains and hosts the course.

TheProDrummer LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course at any time. Course content may be updated or improved without notice. In the event that a course is permanently discontinued, enrolled students will be notified a minimum of 60 days in advance via the email address provided at the time of purchase.

TheProDrummer LLC is not liable for any interruptions in access resulting from technical issues, platform changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Intellectual Property
All content contained within TheProDrummer courses, including but not limited to video lessons, PDF practice packets, audio materials, written content, course structure, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of TheProDrummer LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sublicense, or repurpose any course materials in any form, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of TheProDrummer LLC.

Unauthorized use of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

4. Personal Use and Account Security
Your course login and access credentials are for your personal use only. Sharing your login information or granting access to others is strictly prohibited. TheProDrummer LLC reserves the right to terminate access without refund if account sharing is detected.

5. Refund Policy
TheProDrummer LLC offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at Vince@TheProDrummer.com.

Refund requests submitted after the 14 day window will not be honored. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.

TheProDrummer LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse of the refund policy.

6. Private Lessons and Coaching
Private lesson and coaching sessions purchased through TheProDrummer LLC are subject to the following:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will be rescheduled at no charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be forfeited.
TheProDrummer LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

7. Disclaimer
The course content provided by TheProDrummer LLC is intended for educational purposes only. Results will vary based on individual effort, practice habits, and prior experience. TheProDrummer LLC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes or results from participation in any course or program.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheProDrummer LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access any course or service. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the course or service in question.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York.

10. Changes to These Terms
TheProDrummer LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site or course platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
